Besides since it is inherited policy that is why I cannot disable it as the option there is grayed out. How I can configure such a policy which is not inherited, I tried to create a new policy but it asks for configuration file (.cfg) with browse option and there is nothing when browsed. on some computers I want to disable usb's but allow to some. I made groups in "managed computers" and want to have a different policy for different groups instead of inherited one from "managed computers" category.Network agent is installed & working properly, KSN on endpoint client is also green and enabled (but saying synchronization: unknown) I also downloaded updates using kaspersky update utility which were over 300 mb but still issue is same. So now problem is it says updates in repository updated 3 hours ago (KSC 10) and I manually ran the task of deploying updates (install updates task) to workstations but it still keeps on saying "Databases are extremely out of date". So what I do is copy its updates and loads them up on the isolated LAN. Now we also have same setup with same KSC 10 (with different license) which takes its updates from kaspersky Lab servers via internet. This whole setup is completely isolated from internet and we cannot connect it to internet. I have a LAN and setup of around 50 computers with 1 admin server with Kaspersky security center 10 and all others as clients with endpoint security.
